The tools we built for our own work with AI agents. Each one solves a problem we hit ourselves.

Repositories appear here as they open

ShedKeeper

A safety net for files an AI coding agent changes — on Windows.

Before the agent (Claude Code) overwrites a file, ShedKeeper saves a verified copy. A deletion is turned into a move to a trash, so nothing is lost. Ask your agent, and it finds what was changed or removed and brings it back once you say yes. Version 0.3.0 protects files; databases come later.

browser-payment-gate

Keeps a browsing AI agent from paying by accident.

Before an agent clicks, types or navigates in a web page, the gate asks one question: could this action spend money or attach a payment method? If it could, or if the page cannot be read, the action is refused and handed to a human. Runs locally, no service, account or key.

truegauge

A Claude Code status line that never shows an old number as a current one.

Shows your plan limits (5-hour, weekly, Fable), how full the context window is and how many tokens the session has spent. A stale reading is marked as a lower bound; unknown data is left out, never shown as zero.
